They have names!!!!!

Mom and Dad have officially been named! Sydney will call them Grandma and Grandad! We are so excited they finally chose their perfect names. They've been thinking about this for about 3 1/2 months now and the wait is over. :-) They have tossed several ideas around over the last few months, Dad especially. At one point he mentioned something along the lines of T-Daddy or something like that....isn't that a rapper??? Just kidding, I know it's P-Diddy but they sound the same to me. ha! I think Grandad is much more appropriate. And to make it even better, everything in the baby stores atually say "Grandma" on them. Sydney already has a pink polka dot (of course) picture frame that says My Grandma and Me!

I just can't wait for her to meet her Grandma and Grandad....boy is she gonna LOVE them!!!!

Checking in on Miss Sydney

It's been almost 4 weeks since the last "Sydney update" which I will contribute to my horrible internet connection and crazy, busy schedule. But....I'm checking on new internet providers AND it's looking like my New 2010 schedule will give me a little more time for blogging. :-)

Here she is @ 24 weeks. We haven't been to the doctor since we found out she was a girl but we're headed there again on Wednesday. The biggest change over the last month is she has REALLY started to move around....A LOT! It's the craziest feeling ever and I grab my belly almost every time she does it. I really feel her when I lay down at night and Corey, Mom, and Nat have even felt her a few times.

Mom and I went shopping for her today...I finally bought her a couple of outfits. I've been so good to resist the urge to buy for her so far but I lost it today which is SO easy to do. They just have the cutest little girl things! She's already got a closet full of precious pink outfits! Mom even bought her 2 new Christmas outfits for next year that were just darling.

I'm feeling really good and have lots of energy for which I am SO thankful. I've definately needed it during the month of December. I worked for Mom almost every day and LOVED it! The only thing that really ached at the end of the day were my feet....wow! Other than that, we're doing great, growing every day and looking forward to the New Year!

WE'RE HAVING A GIRL

That's right! We found out yesterday that we're having a baby girl in April and we absolutely couldn't be any more excited! Corey says he knew all along....I thought it was a boy the whole time, so I was pleasantly surprised when they said "looks like you are going to have a girl." We have her name picked out....Sydney Diane. The doctor said that she is perfect. She weighs 13 oz and is in the 57th percentile as far as size goes. We loved that good news! A healthy baby is all we can ask for. We surprised our family with "It's a Girl" balloons. I had cards ready that said...Surprise! and we called the flower shop as soon as we were out of the ultrasound to let them know it was a girl and they delivered our news for us! Everyone was thrilled!
After we got back to Franklin I went to Mom and Dad's to visit and we received our first 2 baby girl gifts. Mom and Natalie had both been to Pistols and gotten us the most adorable outfits that I have ever seen in my life. This made the day even more exciting and REAL!! I posed with our baby gift and the balloon we sent....
And here's Corey checking the clothes out after I brought them home...

And here's baby Sydney poking out....all 13 oz of her, after a long day at the doctor (I really didn't look this way all day, I just got comfy after we got home. ha!)
Actually...here's Corey and I starting our day at Cracker Barrell bright and early. We met Dad for breakfast before we left for Nashville. I wanted to have a good breakfast because I knew it was going to be a long morning.
I'll do my best to keep everyone updated on how things progress with us. I'm trying to get used to this country-fied internet speed (rather than the one at work) so my nerves sometimes wear thin before I can even get my e-mail checkcked much less post a blog...so just bare with me.

Thanks to many of you for your sweet text messages and phone calls congratulating us today. This is such an exciting time and we love sharing it with you!!

What's been going on?

Nothing too exciting has been going on with us but I thought I'd do a post anyway just to keep in touch. We've been busy, as usual...

Last Wednesday we said goodbye to our fall decor....

and hello to our Christmas filled home. I don't have any Christmas decoration pics yet but we're loving it....except for the fact that I make Corey go upstairs every night and unplug the garland lights on the banister . For some reason he HATES doing that. :-)

The fall decor isn't the only thing I'm saying goodbye to...tomorrow (Thursday) is my last day at Key Oil. After lots of thinking, tears, praying, more thinking, and discussing, Corey and I decided that I would turn in my resignation as HR Director and start preparing for our new addition. This is probably one of the biggest and scariest decisions I've ever made in my life, yet I feel so at peace with this huge decision. I know it's going to be the right thing for our family and we will all eventually adjust to the changes that will come along with it. Key Oil will always hold a special place in my heart. It's been "home" to me for 3 years and it's partially responsible for Corey and I getting together. I talked to him for the first time when he called to RSVP for our Open House....and the rest is history. :-)

Many of you are asking, "What in the world will you do?" I'm hoping to help mom whenever she needs me, and I have a list a mile long of things to do around the house that have just been pushed aside since we moved in July. I have a feeling I will have no trouble keeping busy until April!

And here's the most important update...Baby K. Here's my 18 week mug shot. Just 2 more weeks until we find out if Baby K is a "him" or "her". Corey said last night that he has changed his mind from the beginning and now thinks it's a "her", and I've still got the crazy feeling that it's a "him". He decided that between the two of us...one of us will be right! Really!?!? He started cleaning out the nursery last night. It somehow became the junk room when we moved so he got the big things out of the way so I could find room for the rest somewhere else. We ordered our furniture a couple of weeks ago so we're hoping it will be here by the end of the year. That stuff takes forever to ship!
That's all for now...hope you all have a great rest of the week and a cozy weekend!

DOING GREAT!

We went to the doctor yesterday for our check-up and all is well! We don't have a lot of info to share which is a good thing! Baby K wasn't QUITE as cooperative yesterday so it took a minute for the doctor to find the heartbeat...but it was there and was 155/bpm. Corey said she/he was "just sleeping". The best news is we only have to wait 3 weeks to find out the sex. We go on December 2nd for our ultrasound and check-up. I can't wait!!!! I'm going to try and keep extra busy until then so time will fly by!

Speaking of doing great...Corey is breathing a sign of relief as of 9:30 last night when they finished their beans! They are officially done with corn and beans for 2009. Now we can pack up, leave our duties behind, and go spend the winter in Florida, right? ha! That will be the day! It definately doesn't mean that work is done at Konow Farms...just this particular work. From what I hear there's still plenty to do but it will be nice to have him home a little earlier at night and on the weekends!

Tonight is Bunco night for me which I always LOVE! We started this back in April and we've been meeting every 2nd Tuesday of the month since then with a new hostess each time. This month Fran Delk is hosting our "girls night" and I'm sure we'll have a great time, as usual! It's such a fun time every month. I'm already feeling lucky! And while I'm at Bunco....gosh, this probably sounds really bad.....Corey (bless him!) gets to drag all of the Christmas "stuff" down from the attic because our house gets decorated for Christmas tomorrow! Yes, you read that right! As an early Christmas present Mom hires a wonderful lady to come decorate our house for Christmas! It's like the best Christmas present ever (thanks Mom!) and she does an AWESOME job. The only downfall is, the only time she has available is the middle of November. So, November Christmas decorating it is! I think we're going to hold up on the "front door arrangement" thought or I'm pretty sure everyone who passes by will think we're nuts! I'm thinking, maybe the day after Thanksgiving?!?

Baby Miller

IT'S A GIRL! Brent and Kacie found out yesterday that Baby Miller is going to be a girl! Congratulations you two...how exciting!

16 weeks

I almost forgot to post my 16 week pic...so here it is...I decided not to go with the rediculous green and brown outfit that I wore in all of my earlier pictures but rather have it made in my work clothes this morning - without the bare belly showing (sorry, Nat!) You can definately see the Baby K bump these days in just about everything I'm wearing. It's still a small bump so people who don't know me probably just think I've got a nice tire around my midsection. Oh well, I'm trying to get used to sporting it proudly rather than hiding it. This week Baby Konow is the size of an avocado and I am told that a significant growth spurt will probably happen in the next few weeks. So, I will definately be blossoming...as one lady "gently" put it the other day when she looked at me. I thought it was too funny - nice way to say you're getting fat! ha!

We go to the doctor next Monday but it STILL isn't time to find out the sex. It's probably going to be 4-5 more weeks until that big day and WE CAN'T WAIT! We'll schedule the appointment for the sonogram after our check-up next Monday.

Brent and Kacie find out the sex of Baby Miller this week so I'm looking foward to their big news on Wednesday....I am so excited to find out!!! I made her promise she would send a text as soon as she found out so she didn't keep me wondering any longer.

Yesterday, Corey and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. Can you believe it? 1 year already! It seems like just months ago that we were in planning mode for the big day. We actually spent 2 days celebrating. Saturday night we had dinner in Nashville at the Melting Pot. This was a new experiene for us both and a yummy one! We had a wonderful night..just the two of us...even though we decided the "cooking it yourself" concept was a little too much work. ha! Add Image

Our sweet waitress took our picture for us.

Here's my favorite part....dessert! I talked him into an apple cobbler white chocolate fondue. They sent us a plate of cheesecake, marshmallows, rice krispy treats, strawberries, bananas, pound cake and brownies to dip in our chocolate.......yum!!! Of course I didn't think about taking the picture until we had eaten all of that. So here's what we had left of our chocolate dip. Needless to say, we didn't leave hungry!

Sunday was our actual anniversary and a very low key day, which was wonderful. We went to church, Zaxbys with the fam for lunch, Lowes (urg!) and then back home for a lazy afternoon. Lazy afternoons at the Konow house are very few and far between so this was a treat for both of us. We watched our wedding video, reminisced about our special day, and ate some of the top layer of our wedding cake which was surprisingly very good! We tried to make a "no chore" rule which worked except for the emptying of the dishwashwer. :-) We still had the evening to spare so we decided to order pizza and rent a movie (which is unheard of for us). We watched Marley and Me...such a good movie!
And before we get back to the real world....I thought I'd post a few pics of our journey together along with some of the lyrics from our "first dance" song which was sung by the infamous Corey Givens on our wedding night.

You're my piece of mind, in this crazy world...

You're everything I've tried to find...

Your love is a pearl...

You're my Mona Lisa...

You're my rainbow skies... And my only prayer is that you realize...

You'll always be beautiful in my eyes...

Happy Anniversary, Corey! I love you more and more every day! Thank you for being such a wonderful husband!

ANGEL among us

This is going to be very hard to write but I've been thinking about it for weeks and really wanted to do this. Eleven years ago today, on October 23, 1998, Corey's mom, Diane Konow, went to be with the Lord. Unfortunately I never knew her so all I have to go on are lots of wonderful stories and a few pictures. The stories are all so precious of a mother and wife who worked hard, took care of her family, and gave of her time and talents at every available opportunity, and the pictures tell the same stories of such a beautiful and unselfish person. They are all inspirations to me and I can only hope to some day be the special "glue" that she was that held her family so tightly together day after day. I know that I missed out not knowing her and it makes me so sad. I'm so sad that I'll never get to ask her how to make vegetable soup or chicken casserole JUST the way Corey likes it, or how she would lift their spirits after it rained for days and they couldn't get their corn and beans in fast enough, or who she thought Corey looked like when he was born, or what the perfect gift would be for us to get Joe for his birthday, or what helped her with her morning sickness when she was pregnant with the boys.

Today is a bittersweet day. My heart literally breaks as I remember the story Corey told me about the phone call he received 11 years ago today telling him to get to the hospital ASAP...my heart literally breaks just imagining what it would be like to lose my soul mate and best friend and the life we shared together...my heart literally breaks just imagining what it would be like to lose my mother whether I was 26 years old or 56 years old after she had taken care of me for so long...and most of all my heart literally breaks knowing that our child, who is growing in my belly right now, will never get to crawl up in their "Nano's" lap and hug and kiss her and tell her how much they love her. BUT what gets me through a day like this is one of the sweetest truths I know and that is the fact that someday I will get to meet her in heaven and what a wonderful meeting that will be! That gives me comfort!...and the fact that I know she's an "angel among us" now who watches over her family and comforts and takes care of us all each day, just like she always did.

I want to share one of my favorite scriptures with you. It inspires me each time I read it and it seems so appropriate for today. There are 3 people who have touched my life in such special ways and I think of them every time I hear this scripture...my own mother, my Grandmama (mom's mom) and Corey's mom...

PROVERBS 31:10-12 and 25-31
A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.

Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.

She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.

She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.

She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.

Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her;

"Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all."

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

Give her the reward she has earned,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

Happy Birthday, Corey!

Today is Coreys 35th Birthday so I thought I would honor him with his own post. :-) I'm sure he will be impressed, if he ever sees it (he doesn't check our blog out much).

When it comes to birthdays, he is one of the most unselfish, laid back guys ever, so he doesn't expect much but I always try (or at least have good intentions) to do something special for him.

I planned on going to go to the Fatted Calf in Bowling Green after work today to get him a fillet and grill it for his supper (it's a butcher shop in BG) but he insisted that there was no need for me to go to the trouble and decided he would pick a place and we would just go out to dinner tonight. So, we'll go eat, come home so he can open his present, and then we'll have homemade birthday cake. That is, if it turns out. ha! For the first time in my LIFE I am making a birthday cake for him, which is a story by itself that I'll post later (with a picture of the finished product...and please don't be expecting much).

We had birthday dinner with his family at Montana Grille on Sunday night and had a wonderful time and we'll have dinner sometime this weekend with my family to celebrate his and dad's birthday.

With that said....Happy Birthday, Corey Lee! I hope you have the wonderful birthday that you deserve!

13 1/2 week doctor visit

Corey and I just spent half a day doing the doctor thing. Since we have chosen to go to an OB in Nashville, we have also chosen to spend lots of time on the road between here and there, but we definately think it's worth it.

The best part of the morning was the good news that Baby K is doing great! There are no worries whatsoever and she called him/her a VERY cooperative baby because the second she put the doppler on my belly we heard the heartbeat (170 BPM) loud and clear. She almost acted surprised that she heard it that fast. Awww...already taking after its mommy...being nice and cooperative! :-) She said that if we listened to the old wives tale that a heartbeat that fast would indicate a girl but NOT TO BELIEVE THAT because it does not hold true. So, still no gender clues. The worst part of the morning was all of the blood they had to draw! MAN...it was like 4 viles (of course I didn't look but Corey told me after)! I am a major weenie when it comes to drawing blood (although not as bad as I used to be) but I made it. They let me lie down and Corey was standing up with me reminding me to breath as I told him...my face it getting hot!!...my ears are hot!!...I think my ears are red!!...I'm getting really hot!!... :-) But he helped me calm down and once again I survived without passing out. We go back to the doctor on November 9th for our monthly check-up.

This week the baby is the size of a peach and will start growing faster and faster each week. Monday will start my second trimester and the major growing phase for both of us. She told me that it would be really beneficial to start exercising (blah!) so I guess we'll think about dusting off the tread mill and plugging her up again soon.

Wedding/Baby Present

I thought this was too funny and just had to share....

Mom ran into a sweet friend of our family in the last couple of weeks and they told her that they still had a wedding gift for Corey and me that she had been meaning to give us. We don't see them very much so that is totally understandable as far as I'm concerned. Mom said they talked a little bit and then mom shared our baby news with her. She didn't know we were expecting.

Yesterday she shows up at moms house with a wedding gift and a baby gift for us! She told us that we could just consider the wedding gift an anniversary present since it was so late. Of course we didn't care and thought it was just sweet of her to think of us. I just thought it was funny to be opening a serving spoon/fork and a bunny at the same time but then again...guess we really didn't waste a lot of time in between, did we?

Belly Pics

I thought I would wait until I had a few to compare before posting this. We've been taking pictures every 2 weeks to keep up with my growing belly. I've been taking them in the same spot with the same clothes on (tacky as the outfit may be...not sure why i picked this one to start with??) so that you could really compare them. Corey Lee is my photograher and doesn't let me miss my every 2 week photo shoot...actually they kind of look like mug shots. He's not a huge fan of the belly pics...especially sharing them, and I can't say that I blame him, so we will spare you the sight when I really start growing, or at least cover it up with a shirt. :-)

Today I am 12 weeks and 1 day and Baby Konow is about the size of a lime. My belly has definately grown more than the size of a lime (ha!) and has caused me to have to start wearing maternity pants (at 12 weeks....ahhh!) in order to be comfortable. I definately wasn't expecting this so soon but that little band was squeezing me and making it uncomfortable. Therefore, I am on day 2 of my 5 pairs of maternity bottoms weekly rotation...isn't that how it works? :-) Thank goodness Mom and I went shopping for maternity clothes and comfy shoes on Sunday.

I think I'm definately getting over the morning sickness stage too, which excites me to death! I haven't been too sick in about a week and have actually had 2 or 3 days in the last week where I feel pretty normal! Hooray! There are still a few icky days here and there....and I'm still completely drained by 8:00...but I'm getting over the hump and am thankful to be feeling as good as I am. I've heard better days are right around the corner, for a few months at least! Too bad for Corey, that means chores will start back where they left off. ha! Actually, he's been a HUGE help around the house lately. He'll stay up after I go to bed and get things done that I just didn't make it to that day. I couldn't do it without him!!

Just Piddlin

Yesterday just seemed to be a great day all the way around. The weather was gorgeous AND the big bonus was that I felt good almost all day. We started the day off with church and after lunch, Corey and I took a little drive down the road to Just Piddlin Pumpkin Patch in South Union. I decided it was time for some fall decor and was on the hunt for pumpkins. I had a project in mind. The pumpkin farm setup was too cute and they had lots to choose from. My goal was to find small pumpkins to paint white (we had already been to Wal-Mart after lunch to buy white paint) and to my surprise...they had white pumpkins. Fabulous! So we loaded up...literally a whole wagon full. I got orange pumpkins to stack on the front porch and white pumpkins to paint.
We went back home and while Corey spent the rest of the afternoon mowing the yard I tried my hand at my pumpkin project. You all know me and my black/white fetish. They turned out cute, I thought. I got three done and gave one to Nat, Mom and Valerie. I'll work on the rest, for me, later in the week. After 3, I was about polka dotted out for the day!

Comfort food

Well, it seems that all of my posts have one common theme...food! Guess you can tell what is constantly on the brain.
Yesterday, my sweet sister-in-law, Valerie, sent Veggie soup (1 bowl with beef and 1 without) and cornbread home with Corey for our supper. It was perfect because yesterday I was feeling completely rotton and was trying to decide if I even had the energy to coach Corey through making spaghetti for our supper...I know he could have done it but this was MUCH simpler. It was very yummy and a perfect dinner for the start of fall...which began on Tuesday. I know this only because I just looked it up on my calender. ha! So now, I'm just looking forward to lunch...that's right, I've got leftover veggie soup waiting. :-)

Thanks for saving the "night", Valerie!

10 things that have changed in the past 10 weeks...

1. Clean laundry has sat in the basket/floor for more than 4 days.
2. I completely stopped drinking diet coke (remember this is something i couldn't live without previously) for no reason other than the thought of it makes me want to vomit. There's even a commercial on the radio with a grandma and a little girl talking about "Coke" and I have to turn the station when i hear that...weird!
3. My ideal bedtime is 8:30 and I take a cat nap at lunch and usually when I get home from work...longer if possible.
4. I eat 3 pieces of bacon and 1 scrambled egg EVERY weekday morning for breakfast that Corey fixes for me...never been much of a bacon and egg fan but it's working!
5. I have eaten Taco Bell and KFC for lunch, and liked it!
6. I got short of breath after singing the choir special Sunday at church...I felt like I had been jogging, whew!
7. I have experienced the BellaBand. You wear it around your waste and it holds your pants up (while unbuttoned) so you can keep wearing your same clothes for a while.
8. Corey and I both got our first flu shot...that we could remember.
9. Chewing gum gags me.
10. I haven't cooked a real meal in weeks...just ask Corey, I'm sure he's counting the days. j/k :-)

CHICK-FIL-A CRAVING

No, I didn't crave chicken....just waffle fries with polynesian sauce. I mean of ALL THINGS!?!? I had my mind on those things all weekend. I guess you would call it a "craving". All I know is it sounded SO GOOD! So Monday after work, Mom and I ventured up to BG and I had one goal in mind. We did get a few other things accomplished. Before we ate we looked at some oh so precious baby furniture until I was exausted and hungry. I don't last long without food these days. Then we went to the mall and I got my waffle fries/sauce (I think it was really the sauce that I was craving :-) ) which re-fueled me long enough to try on maternity clothes! AAAHHHH!! I got a couple of pairs of pants that I'm not ready for yet but it won't be too long. I'm definately already pressing the limits on some of my buttons and zippers. I called Corey on my way home and asked him to have the bed turned down because I was headed straight for it as soon as I hit the door...and this was 8:30! ha! I was pooped! They say this too shall pass! I'm still waiting.

BIG NEWS!

By now, you all have probably heard the wonderful news...WE'RE PREGNANT. And as promised, I'm going to try keep everyone updated on Baby Konow for the next 7 months.

I'm 9 weeks along today and our tentative due date is April 19, 2010 - a spring baby and we're so excited! It's also my Grandaddy Thurmond's birthday so the timing seems perfect! We had an ultrasound last week (September 9th) and got to hear the baby's heartbeat which was WILD! They assured us that everything looked and sounded good so we couldn't wait to share the news.

We told our families yesterday (September 13) on Grandparents Day which we thought was very fitting. My family gathered for lunch at Natalie and Jamie's house after church so we were all together when we surprised Mom and Dad with a "Grandparent's Name Book" and an ultrasound picture with the due date on it. Here are the proud grandparents holding up their gifts.

We spent the rest of the afternoon tracking down Corey's family and sharing our news with his family. They were all thrilled for us and looking forward to another Konow baby in the family. Valerie sent me an e-mail this morning to tell us that Jake just wanted to let us know that he was hoping for a boy, so we'll see, Jake! :-)

Now, my goal is to just survive the next 3-4 weeks and make it to the 2nd trimester...they promise I will feel better by then. I've been a little "icky" for the past few weeks but feel like things are looking up. I try not to complain (Corey will laugh when he reads this) because I know it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! And speaking of Corey, he's actually enjoying the fact that I'm feeling blah these days because it means chores are almost completely tossed aside because of my lack of energy. He was telling somebody yesterday that he actually got to watch TV 3 nights this past week...haha! Bless his heart...he's doing great at dealing with the many changes in our lives!

BABY MILLER

I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT....AND NO IT'S NOT NATALIE, YET! HA! My best friend, Kacie Mayeur Miller, and her husband Brent are expecting their first child in March! I am absolutely beside myself and thrilled to death for them. They are 11 weeks and a few days along. Kacie told me the news Tuesday night after Bunco, the night before their first ultrasound. She was excited and nervous and everything in between. The plans were to tell "the world" after the doctor's appointment yesterday (Wednesday) as long as everything went well...AND IT DID! They heard baby Miller's heartbeat loud and clear.

Kacie and Brent, I'm so very happy for you and wish you and "Baby M" the very best! Congratulations and love all 3 of you bunches! Love, Aunt Jac
(oh yeah, and I'm writing in pink because it's definately going to be a little girl....I just know!)

VACATION TIME

Our family took a much needed vacation this year and spent a week in Panama City Beach, Florida. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo on the beach and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING the entire week. Our biggest decision each day was where we were going to eat for supper. Here are some family pictures on our balcony.

Spring/Summer '09 Celebrations

I'm going to do a big post of Spring/Summer 09 "Celebrations" because I have been REALLY slacking at this! I'll try to do better. :-) Since May, we've had lots of celebrations....First we celebrated Mothers Day(May 10) and Jamie's Birthday (May 9) after church on Mothers Day with lunch at Mariah's. Here are pictures of the 3 very special Mothers and the Birthday boy cheesing over his ice cream treat!

Next on the calendar of events was Natalie's Birthday on May 15th. We celebrated with her at one of her favorites - Long Horn Steakhouse in BG and then went back to our house for presents. Here's pictures of: Nat making her Birthday wish, Granny and Corey waiting for their bite of Natalie's dessert, the 3 girls, and Natalie opening her presents.
Granny was the next Birthday girl! We all celebrated her birthday at Red Lobster. She LOVES Red Lobster so once a year we humor her and let her endulge. :-) Her birthday was June 8th.

The last birthday of the Summer in our family was mine on June 15. It was a Super busy week so we decided to put my celebration off for a few weeks but the family surprised me anyway on the night of my birthday. They showed up at our house after Bible School with presents, strawberry pie (for me) and chocolate pie (for Corey). I definately was not expecting this - I was already in my lounge clothes about ready for bed. What a wonderful surprise!! They're the best!
Whew.....now that's a lot of celebrating for 2 months! Our next celebrations are coming up soon. Mom's birthday is September 7th, Corey's birthday is October 15th and Dads birthday is October 18th.
